Sept 29 - 6 pm - VIP Meet & Greet at Top Ten Records

Followed by event at 7:30 pm - Dallas VideoFest honors DEVO's Gerald Casale with the Ernie Kovacs Award at the Texas Theatre

Sept 30 - 7-8 pm - FREE (though we hope people will buy books) -   The Wild Detectives bookstore/bar/venue – in person conversation, discussion, Q&A and book signing with Edie Adams son, Josh Mills of Ernie in Kovacsland: Writings, Drawings and Photographs from Television’s Original Genius.

Gerald Casale, the founder of DEVO, is being honored with the Ernie Kovacs Award this weekend at the Texas Theater. YDC had the great privilege of getting to interview him before the festivities and talk about the band's journey on the frontier of the punk age.
